Japanese Highball

Whisky and soda, stirred gently. The same family as a whiskey highball. A common bar build. Bars change it.

Ingredients

  • Japanese whisky or any whisky
  • Soda water

Preparation

  1. Shake sours with ice. Stir spirit-forward drinks. Build highballs over ice.
  2. Taste before you add more sugar. This is not the only way to make it.
