Whiskey Sour
Whiskey, lemon, and sugar. Egg white is a texture choice, not a requirement.
Ingredients
- 50 ml bourbon or rye
- 25 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- Optional egg white
Preparation
- Shake with ice. Shake longer if you add egg white.
- Strain over ice, or serve up.
